Our Policies

  • Cancellation Policy: Please give us 24-hour notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. “No-Show” appointments will be charged a 50% service fee.
  • Please notify us ASAP via phone if you are running late. Clients who run late may not receive all their scheduled services or may have to reschedule their appointment.
  • In order to create a relaxing atmosphere for our clients, we request that only children who are receiving services visit the salon.  Children’s prices are offered to ages 10 & under with our associate artists.
  • Salon NOVA is a non-smoking/vaping environment.
  • Animals are not permitted in the salon, with the exception of service animals.
  • Certain appointments may require a deposit depending on the length of time scheduled.  This deposit is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Although we will do our best to accommodate walk-in appointments, we do recommend that you call in advance or fill out our online form to schedule your appointment to avoid waiting time.
  • Return Policy: All sales are final for make-up & skin care products.  A retail credit will be issued for any other gently used products that are returned within seven days with a receipt.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & personal checks (returned checks are subject to a $25 fee).
  • Bring your wedding party to us or let us bring our staff to you. We offer both in salon & on site services. Call or email your requests to our bridal coordinator, Dana.
  • Gift Cards are available in any denomination. Unique gift items, jewelry & accessories are also available.
  • Save money & the environment with our refill program.  Simply bring back your empty bottles, we’ll refill them & you’ll save!  Receive $5 OFF all R+Co & Kevin.Murphy shampoos & conditioners, $5 OFF Kevin.Murphy masques & $2 OFF select Kevin.Murphy styling products.
